Bonnevie Consulting's wish is to help companies and candidates to make the most of their opportunities and their talents. Finding their passion and adapting to the rapidly changing environment is crucial. Tine is curious, engaged and like to challenge the status quo to see if there is a new and better way of doing things.


Tine Bonnevie, the founder of Bonnevie Consulting has 16 years' experience in marketing, sales management and category management. She has worked for several large Nordic and international FMCG companies i.e. Orkla, Fjordland, Mars and Mills where she has acquired experience in brand building, product development, innovation, category work, negotiations, account and P&L responsibility. Tine has worked as a brand manager, key account manager, business manager and head of the category department.

In addition, she has experience in recruitment both as a line manager and as a headhunter. She is dedicated in finding the NEEDS of the company she is engaging with in order to match them with the best qualified candidate(s) for a successful and long term employment.




Tine has a master degree in Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School. She was an exchange student at McMaster University in Canada. She has studied Coaching at BI Norwegian Business School. Tine is a certified user of the personality test PTP, logic test PTL and team test PTT from People Test Systems.
